Company History

Proactive Recruitment Ltd was initially incorporated in December 1996 to satisfy the temporary recruitment needs of both SMEs and Blue Chip Multinational Companies within the Distribution and Logistics Industry in Central Scotland.

Our professional and honest approach was warmly welcomed within the industry and the feedback we received from both candidates and customers provided the impetus to diversify into other industries.

We have retained key management personnel who boast over 30 years recruitment experience and ensure our founding principals still remain the same today.
